Delhi University International Admission - 2019

Delhi University, Delhi announces International student admission to study UG & PG programs.

Important Date:

  • Commencement of Online Application process for UG courses: Feb. 22, 2019
  • Last date for submission of Online Application at Foreign Student Registry website before March 20, 2019

Application Procedure: Read the guidelines & how to fill the Online form before filling in the ONLINE Application Form

Application Fee & mode of payment: 

  • The application entails a non-refundable application fee of INR Rs 1500 (Indian rupees one thousand and five hundred). The fee is to be paid in the payment gateway through credit card/debit card/netbanking.

Documents required to be submitted to Bureau Office before March 20, 2019:

  • Printed Online Application form (1 copy)
  • Birth Certificate (3 copies)
  • Class X pass certificate (3 copies)
  • Registration Card (3 copies)

Documents to be submitted within 8 days after the declaration of result:

  • Class XII markscard & pass certificate (3 copies)
  • Transfer certificate (3 copies)
  • Migration certificate (3 copies)
  • Medical Insurance (Those who have registered with TMS program of Department of Health may submit the TMS certificate but those who don't have medical insurance must register with DOH TMS program)

Attestation:

  • After submission of the online form, a copy of the application must be printed and the candidate must get it attested from Bureau Office of His Holiness the Dalai Lama which is the authorized government body of Central Tibetan Administration

Where to submit the hard copy of the printed application form & documents?:

  • Tibetan students should submit the hard copy of their application form to the Education Officer, Bureau Office of His Holiness the Dalai Lama, 10 Ring Road, Lajpat Nagar IV, New Delhi - 110024, rather than submitting to the office of FSR. Copies of the necessary documents must be enclosed with the application form.

Note: 

  • Tibetan students are exempted from paying Foreign Students Registration Fee (component A) and Annual fees payable to the Department/ College (Component B). They are required to pay Annual Tuition Fee and other charged by College/ Institute (Component C) Students from SAARC countries and Tibetan nationals pay the same fees as Indian students for B.Sc. (Hons.) Computer Science, MBA (IB), MBA (HRD)
  • This includes tuition and other fees which varies between INR 25000 to 60000- depending on the programme of study and the college.
