Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) - 2019

Common Law Admission Test is a centralised test for admission to 21 National Law Universities in India to study four year Undergraduate Program in Law (BA/LL.B.) in 43 other education institutes and two public sector institutes are also eligible to use these scores. 

Important Dates:

  • CLAT Online Registration opens: Jan 13, 2019
  • Last date for Registrating Online: March 31, 2019
  • Date of Entrance Test: 12th May 2019
  • CLAT Online Application window closes: March 31, 2019

Eligibility Criteria:

The law aspirants need to check CLAT 2019 eligibility criteria which mentions that candidates should have passed 10+2 board examination from any recognised educational institution. According to the CLAT eligibility criteria 2019, candidates belonging to the General category need to score at least 45 per cent marks in their qualifying degree. Those belonging to SC and ST categories, need to score at least 40 per cent marks in the aggregate of the subjects. Further, there is no age bar to appear in the Common Law Admission Test.
